Size: Small foundation planting around a newly renovated home.
Needed: Planting to be nostalgic, colorful, fragrant, relatively low maintenance, suitable for year-round interest and deer resistant.
Solution: I planned to include many of the plants that the client requested, as well are colorful foliage plants that would hold the garden together when the flowers had finished blooming. Evergreen and deciduous shrubs were included for winter structure.
